BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
The Firm
Hayward-Boynton & Williams Inc. (HBW) has been providing continuous engineering and surveying services since 1880. During that time the company has continually expanded to provide high quality services, primarily in the Southeastern Massachusetts area but also extending throughout the state of Massachusetts and into Rhode Island. That expansion has resulted in long established branches in the Cities of Taunton (our main office), Brockton and Attleboro, Ma.
Staff
HBW employs a staff of approximately 40 Engineers, Land Surveyors, Technicians and Administrators. Our Professional Engineers are registered in the state of Massachusetts and our Professional Land Surveyors are registered in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Through the years we have also established excellent working relationships with professionals in other areas of expertise including Law, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, other branches of engineering and numerous individual Consultants with expertise related to our services.

Civil Engineering
For well over a century, our highly experienced Engineering Department has performed site specific designs for our clients in all phases of Civil Engineering. This vast experience is utilized in providing services to homeowners, developers, hospitals, colleges and a vast array of City/Town, State and Federal departments. Our goal is to perform high quality engineering within the time frame and budget as required by our clients.

Land Surveying
The HBW Survey team has extensive experience in all phases of Land Surveying. With one of the most extensive collections of survey and engineering records in the state, including those of our firm dating from 1880 and numerous sets of records from other firms that we have acquired, we have a distinct advantage in being able to more accurately replace old established property corners that have long since disappeared. With these invaluable records, we are often called upon by Title Search Specialists and attorneys in court proceedings to verify property locations. Our experienced teams of surveyors routinely perform a vast array of other Land Surveying services on time and on budget for our clients.
